Big Brother is a brainwashed Imam and/or a Mullah with a lower IQ

There were three famous dystopian novels in the 20th century: "We" by Zamyatin, "Brave New World" by Huxley and "1984" by Orwell. All three were written by authors who were anti-Nazi, anti-Communist and anti-totalitarian, though Orwell favored Socialism. In addition all three were examples of a dead world caused by secular authoritarianism.
Sansal, an Algerian, has the true perspective of a Muslim. He sees the future as a one world Islamic State called "Abistan", that is just as totalitarian, just as much a horror, except in this case the new regime is run by the wacko cult, known as Islam.
The book is a wake-up call to all bien pensant leftists, socialists and lovers of laicite (laicism). You can love your secularism all you want, but religious fanaticism will win every time if the West hates itself as much as it does today.
Can't wait for the English translation. In the meantime Google "2015, The Year the War Began", an article on the West's suicidal stupidity and also a good commentary on this book. "Quadrant.org", where the article appears, is an Australian blog and is a must read if you believe Islam is a menace and you don't want your wife, mother or daughter raped by the new cultural enrichers invading our countries.

Formidable! Sansal decrit un monde Orwellian, un monde ou toute pensees individuelles sont interdites, un monde ou l'education est equallment interdite, ou il n'y a qu'une seule langue. Dans cette societe une systeme de surveillance omnipresent regne, et cette systeme peut dechiffrer les pensees autant que les actes ou les mots. La guerre est une chose qui continnue a l'infini et l'enemie se trouve dans la societe.
